Where applicable, design and lead select learning experiences and communities of practice to support broader groups of partners to systematically advance their foundational MEL routines. Support in developing new knowledge products and resources about how to improve MERL capacity.

Contribute to Global MEL Team Reflection and Strategy

Support the Senior Director of MERL by actively participating in and contributing to team action reviews, support regular data diagnostic exercises, coordinate and facilitate ongoing team strategy meetings and reflections.
