**Carpenters Local 205 is looking for hardworking men and women who are interested in building a career in the union construction industry.**

We are currently recruiting experienced carpenters, apprentices, and individuals interested in starting a career in commercial construction. Our members work on major projects throughout Central Virginia, including concrete, general carpentry, interior systems, doors, hardware, metal framing, drywall, scaffold, and other construction scopes.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Construction experience is helpful but not always required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely on commercial construction sites
• Willingness to complete training and certifications as needed
• Strong work ethic and good attendance
