Job Description
Essential Functions:
Applies the ANA Nursing Process (2010) to conduct the following actions:
- Compiles extensive data that is important for understanding the health of the consumer or their specific situation.
- Reviews the assessment data to ascertain the diagnosis or issues at hand.
- Establishes the projected achievements for a personalized healthcare strategy for the individual in question.
- Devises a strategy that recommends approaches and choices to reach anticipated goals.
- Puts into effect the specified strategy. Secures the patient's development in alignment with the plan.
- Coordination of care focuses on managing the delivery of healthcare services.
- Health instruction and health promotion involve utilizing methods to boost health and create a safe environment.
- The consultation process, carried out by advanced practice registered nurses and nursing role specialists, aims to shape the proposed plan, empower others, and drive positive change.
- Measures the journey towards reaching set objectives.
