Part-Time Studio Experience, Sales & Marketing Associate

Do you love fitness, connecting with people, and creating exceptional experiences?

FLEXX Studios is looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing team member to join our boutique fitness community in Burlingame.

This is more than a front desk position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people reach their goals, and contributing to the growth of an incredible studio.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service
• Tour prospective members and confidently discuss memberships
• Help achieve sales goals
• Answer phones, emails, and texts
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Assist with social media, marketing initiatives, community events, and member engagement
• Support our amazing instructors and create a five-star member experience every day

We’re looking for someone who is:

✔ Comfortable with sales—or excited to learn

✔ A self-starter who takes initiative
