Summary:

The Student Program Manager will be a partner to the Talent Acquisition Team. This person will be empowered to run our student program by partnering with universities and colleges. Work directly with students for their clinical rotations and create and manage contracts.

The Student Program Manager manages administrative functions related to the full life cycle recruitment process and maintains excellent relations with TA Team Director, hiring leaders, candidates, colleges/universities, and the overall community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organization of student placements in the ATS system
  • Create and run reports as needed for the student program
  • Provide administrative support to TA Specialists posting needs across social media platforms and our career sites
  • Develop and maintain job postings on various recruitment and social media sites
  • Coordinate materials for career fairs, job fairs, professional conferences, and industry conferences
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports on recruitment activity
  • Assist with recruiting marketing campaigns
  • Attend all mandatory meetings, trainings, and assignments as delegated
  • Maintain and organize supplies for conferences
  • Assist TA Leads with registrations of national conferences and college/university job fairs
  • Must conduct self in an ethical, legal, professional, and responsible manner at all times
  • Must adhere to the policies, principles, and guidance within the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct
  • And other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required – Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with advanced research and sourcing skills is required with minimal reliance on job postings preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare environment preferred
  • Extensive networking, using multiple resources, including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Indeed, other user group lists, industry-specific online networks, forums and social media
  • Highly adept at proactive methods/processes for finding and attracting passive talent for crucial openings and talent pools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate organizational culture and opportunities to active or passive job seekers

Computer Skills:

  • Technically Proficient: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with Clinician Nexus, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Social Media resources for recruiting purposes.
