Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, organized, hardworking candidate to
work for a dynamic group of companies, including full-service salon, cosmetology
school and hair care products company in their New York City corporate office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, sorting and maintaining in order various reports, bills and invoices.
- Entering invoices and bills in QB.
- Recording daily revenue.
- Managing the receiving of all credit card receipts, checking is they have all
information as per company requirements and entering preliminary any
recurring and other charges
- Payroll attendance reports collection and correction
- Light HR and office tasks
- Maintenance of all AP/AR reports and files in order.
- Processing of intercompany invoices / bills.
- Maintain W-9 files and entering in QB
- Maintaining different sales reports for the management.
- Help with Inventory control.
- Maintaining records by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Assisting with other Full cycle of bookkeeping duties.
Minimum Qualification:
- 1+ year work experience in a similar position is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional computer, administrative and organizational skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details, shows integrity and trust in all
actions.
- Must be able to multitask in a busy environment, initiative to go beyond
minimum requirements, manage time effectively and desire to work
independently and within a team.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel is a must.
- Higher Education and/or Certificate in the following: Bookkeeping, Accounting
or Finance is required.
This is a part-time position – up to 25 hours per week,100% in office.
$25.00 per hour
