To support client operations, the full-time Senior Call Center Representative will manage incoming calls, prepare detailed reports, and train new customer service representatives while working remotely from the El Paso, TX area. Key responsibilities Answer and track incoming calls while ensuring accurate documentation Prepare and submit detailed reports in government systems Train and onboard new customer service representatives Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a call center environment Associate's Degree preferred Proven ability to multitask while communicating and inputting data Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in handling sensitive information
