We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Paid training is provided, and previous retail experience is helpful but not required.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, developing their sales and communication skills, and contributing to a positive retail environment.

Position Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers on the sales floor, answer questions about products and services, process transactions, and support daily store operations. You will help create a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and available services
• Assist customers with purchases and routine account inquiries as applicable
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Support daily operational and merchandising tasks
• Collaborate with team members to help achieve store objectives
• Participate in company-provided training on products, systems, and customer service practices

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
