What You'll Need NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year experience (level I), two years (level II), or three plus years in industrial/commercial construction preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)
Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs
Ability to work up to a 12-hour shift in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
Ability to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
Compliance with all safety standards and procedures
What Will Make You Stand Out NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
One to three plus years' experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry is preferred
