We're looking for a landscape construction project manager to help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities

The role of a landscape construction project manager is integral to a team responsible for the execution of our high-end residential landscaping projects. Compensation is dependent on previous experience.

Creating a plan for the team

Managing the work tickets in Aspire

Ensuring your 2 to 3 assigned crews are hitting their metrics of revenue completed each week

Showing the team what quality looks like

Informing the Clients of project progress through weekly email updates and texts

Managing the crews time in our time clock software, Aspire

Learning best practices via online training, conferences, etc.

Reviewing team hours and job costs to ensure the job is on track

Managing materials and logistics to make sure the crew has what they need when they need it

Checking tools and equipment to ensure maintenance is kept up

Qualifications

10+ years landscape construction experience

Valid driver's license in the United States

Ability to pass a drug test and background check

HUGE plus if you speak/write/read Spanish

Live within 30 minutes of Orem/Provo (where we do 75% of our work)
