Qualifications & Background:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active or pending state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates encouraged to apply
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) welcomed; strong supervision resources are provided
- Familiarity with delivering therapy in schools, through teletherapy, or in hybrid models is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write reports for a diverse caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy in accordance with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
