Customer Support and Routing Specialist

Fenix Pest Control is a family-owned company that has been servicing residential and commercial customers by removing and preventing pests for over 10 years. We are expanding quickly and looking to add a motivated teammate to our growing team.

Our Customer Support & Routing Specialist plays an integral role in creating an amazing customer experience. Working directly with customers, technicians, and management, this position serves as the backbone of our operation. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service while helping coordinate daily technician routes to ensure efficient service and satisfied customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages from customers and technicians.
• Perform receptionist and administrative duties.
• Engage with customers regarding issues, questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Schedule appointments for new and existing customers.
• Coordinate and manage daily technician routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Make real-time route adjustments and communicate schedule changes to customers and technicians throughout the day.
• Reschedule appointments as needed.
• Follow up on incoming sales leads; commission included!
• Assist with billing and collections; incentives included!
• Work closely with management and field teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, routing, or logistics coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Technical, computer, and application skills are a plus.
• Must be motivated, driven, and dedicated.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$18+ per hour PLUS commission on sales!
