The ideal candidate is skilled in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, and can adapt quickly to both corporate and high-volume environments. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce operation needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process across diverse business functions.
