We're seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Advisor who understands the value of

independent insurance and enjoys building lasting client relationships. As part of our team, you'll

work with multiple highly rated insurance carriers, allowing you to provide customized coverage

solutions based on each client's unique needs.

This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of both in-office collaboration and remote work,

along with a competitive salary plus commission structure that rewards performance.

Responsibilities

-Quote, write, and service personal lines insurance policies

-Review existing coverage and identify opportunities for improved protection, savings, or

policy enhancements

-Shop accounts with multiple carriers and present coverage recommendations to clients

-Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support

-Communicate with underwriters, carrier representatives, lenders, and mortgage

companies

-Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management

system

-Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and proactive

communication

-Contribute to agency growth through account rounding, referrals, and retention efforts

Qualifications

-Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage

environment

-Active Property & Casualty License required

-Active Life & Health License required

-Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including home, auto, umbrella, and

specialty coverages

-Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

-Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Experience using carrier portals and agency management systems
