Chief Accounting Officer

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time Chief Accounting Officer will manage the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting, oversee accounting operations, and lead the enterprise-wide controllership function while working remotely. Key responsibilities Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting and internal controls Lead interactions with the Audit Committee and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team Modernize accounting operations and systems, strengthening policies and processes across core accounting areas Required qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial leadership roles Strong academic credentials with an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business CPA certification and early public accounting experience are required Significant experience with accounting/financial reporting systems and process implementation Experience in professional services, consulting, or complex global organizations is desirable
