What you will do

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils
• Keep dish and kitchen areas clean and orderly, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
• Run dish machines correctly while checking water temperatures and sanitizer levels
• Restock stations, set up clean wares, and jump in on simple prep when needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly and back up teammates during busy rushes
