Permanent Part time Home Health Occupational Therapist - Up to $70+/hr

Permanent part‑time Home Health Occupational Therapist provides individualized therapy services in patients’ homes, improving independence and daily living activities. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and mileage reimbursement, supporting work‑life balance for therapists with at least one year of clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Improve patients' independence with ADLs and IADLs
• Assess home environments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on treatment plans and safety strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Minimum of one year of Occupational Therapy experience
• Home health experience not required
