Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Dispatch Center, handling emergency and non-emergency calls with clarity and professionalism.
• Efficiently manage all park radio channels to ensure communication flow.
• Promptly dispatch park personnel to various calls, providing support as needed.
• Answer multiple phone lines, maintaining courteous interactions.
• Keep detailed logs of ride downtime and security activity in the appropriate databases.
• Track park attendance on an hourly basis, ensuring accurate records.
• Respond calmly and decisively during emergency situations, always prioritizing guest safety.
• Enforce Guest First Standards and maintain a professional working environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must hold a valid Texas Level 2 Security License.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and dependable.
• Outgoing personality with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Note: Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support overall park operations. This position reports to the Public Safety Department Leadership at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, located in San Antonio, Texas.
