Field Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a Field Onboarding Specialist to support caregiver onboarding and documentation in the community. This is a primarily field-based role that requires going into patients’ homes to meet complete home visits, meet with prospective caregivers, complete onboarding, collect required employment documents, and assist with the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Going into patients’ homes and other assigned locations to meet with prospective patients and caregivers
• Complete in-person home visits and collect required employment documents
• Assist caregivers with the application and onboarding process from their homes
• Follow up on missing paperwork and onboarding requirements
• Ensure all onboarding materials are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Communicate with caregivers and internal team members regarding onboarding status and next steps
• Support additional field onboarding and documentation tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Pevious field experience required, homecare field onboarding experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel/work regularly in the field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Previous administrative, onboarding, HR, or healthcare experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
