Retail Account Manager – Tampa, FL

MCWBS Inc is hiring Retail Account Manager to join our in-store sales team in the Tampa area.

No cold calling. No door-to-door. All work is completed in-store. This is an in-person, customer-facing role based inside major retail locations. You’ll engage customers, represent wireless products and services, and help people make informed decisions.

In addition to working in-store, our team also spends scheduled time in the office for training, coaching, and performance meetings. This structure allows us to develop skills, stay aligned, and continuously improve execution on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build rapport in a retail environment
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
• Follow a structured sales process
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and training
• Represent MCWBS Inc. professionally and with integrity

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sports-minded individuals or candidates with leadership/management experience encouraged to apply
• Ability to pass a background check
• No sales experience required

Compensation

• $14/hour base pay
• Performance bonuses ($900–$1,500 average weekly)
• Weekly pay
