Description:Janus Contracting has an opening for a part-time Maintenance Technician. This individual will evaluate and repair maintenance issues across residential and commercial rental properties in the Lehigh Valley. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full time and supervisory position as a general contractor.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform general maintenance and repair for structures, including drywall, carpentry, and painting- Landscaping and cleaning- Replace fixtures and appliances- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
Qualifications and Skills:- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule- Strong customer service and problem solving skills.- Basic knowledge of construction trades- Reliable transportation and a basic set of tools- Physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long times
Pay and Benefits:- $25-30 per hour, depending on experience- Optional health insurance
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
