Cashier And Prep Team Member

La Famiglia Gourmet Pizza Company at 605 Thompson Run Road in the Ross Township area of Pittsburgh, PA is known for some of the best pizzas, hoagies, appetizers, and salads, and more, is looking to grow our team! We are a small, locally-owned business and are looking for an energetic individual to join our team, and help us get out some absolutely delicious food that our customers have come to love.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and a team player, and able to work a minimum of 4 hours per day on the days scheduled. Part time positions are available. Minimum age is 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with checkout, including finding their orders, processing payments, and assisting with carryout where needed
• Process online orders from our web site
• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items, including hoagies, appetizers, salads, wings, pizzas, and other dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patrons.
• Assist customers in the dining room as needed

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, with ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to quality, with the ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially weekends and early evenings.
• Punctual and dependable, with a positive attitude
• Passion for cooking and a desire to learn.
• No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
