Generating monthly sales through outbound cold calling, the full-time Senior Outbound Sales Representative will focus on new client acquisition in the small and medium business segment, while managing customer relationships and sales documentation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, including high close ratios and revenue growth Prepare sales documentation and collaborate with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams for solution design Assist customers digitally through chat and manage multiple sessions to facilitate transactions and answer sales inquiries Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales Strong product knowledge and technical skills, particularly in fiber and advanced voice solutions Experience with CRM pipeline management Ability to manage longer sales cycles and effectively communicate with business customers
