Position: Barista/Cashier (PT + FT available)

• [Crew Member / Beverage Server] As a Barista @ The Human Bean, you'll:

Educate customers on products and services;

Follow all Company drink recipes and procedures;

Greet all customer with fast, friendly, personalized service;

Develop a rapport with customers by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items;

Sells and serves baked goods;

Start and complete transactions with customers;

Restock shelves;

Perform cleaning duties;

Assist in the distribution and unloading of weekly shipments.
