We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant to join our growing automotive group. This position supports the BDC Director across multiple dealership locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to management
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and account setup
  • Manage calendars, emails, and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Coordinate with managers across multiple dealership locations
  • Assist with CRM, phone system, and various administrative projects
  • Handle confidential information professionally
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience preferred)
  • CRM Experience a plus, but will train right candidate
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Takes direction well and follows through on tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys structure, follows instructions well, takes initiative when appropriate, and can thrive in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment.

Schedule Requirements

  • Must be available to work early mornings
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays on a rotating basis
  • Reliable transportation is required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
