As a MidwayUSA Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to all members of the Potterfield Group, LLC.
About the Role
Coordinate all travel arrangements for MidwayUSA and all Group members
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and the running of personal and business errands
Coordinate and organize industry and family social events
Maintain a well-stocked and organized office area
Create and maintain all property files
About You
You will have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
You will have strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
You will have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
You will have the ability to troubleshoot simple computer, printer issues
You will have the ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality and professionalism
You will have strong office, event and social organizational skills
You will have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
You will be a team player with a positive attitude
