OT HOME HEALTH

All-4-One Home Healthcare Services, Inc. is now hiring an PER DIEM Occupational Therapist to join our fast growing CHAP Accredited agency with a minimum of one (1) year home health experience. Full-Time & Part-Time Per Diem availability. The Occupational Therapist is to provide services to our patients in their homes for health, safety and assistance to improve health functions.

Therapist will conduct evaluation to service and/or develop care plans for home care service. Care plans may be followed by the therapist for the C.O.T.A. Evaluations and advocate for DME as needed by obtaining physician orders and assisting to obtain this equipment. Responsible to supervise the HHA and COTA for services and will conduct the Supervisory visit for the C.O.T.A. in compliance with State and Federal regulations.

Qualified candidates must have:

• Current OT license in VA
• One year of Homecare Exp.
• Current CPR
• Excellent communication skills
• *Supervisory exp.
