WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE — EVENT RENTALS

This is a shop-based role. You stay in the warehouse.

We're Epic Party Team, one of Arizona's largest event rental companies — 18 years in business, a brand new 55,000 sq ft facility, and a team that outfits some of the biggest corporate events, brand activations, and galas in the Southwest. We need sharp, reliable warehouse associates to keep our operation running at peak.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Pull and stage orders for next-day delivery crews
• Load and unload trucks with furniture, staging, dance floors, and event gear
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper organization and tracking
• Inspect returned equipment and prep it for the next event
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Work closely with warehouse leads to stay ahead of the event schedule

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred — not required
• Reliable: shows up on time, every shift
• Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and stay on your feet all day
• Team player who takes pride in doing things right

WHAT WE OFFER

• $19–$21/hr based on experience — above market for warehouse roles in Phoenix
• Tenure-based raises — the longer you stay, the more you earn
