We help customers personalize their trucks, SUVs, vans, and fleet vehicles with premium accessories and professional installation. Whether it's a contractor building a work truck, a family preparing for an adventure, or a business outfitting an entire fleet, our team delivers an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Albuquerque team as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative.

This is more than a retail counter position. You'll become a trusted advisor who helps customers find the right solutions while building long-term relationships that keep them coming back.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, text, and email
• Learn customer needs and recommend products and services
• Prepare professional estimates and quotes
• Schedule installation appointments
• Follow up with customers on open estimates and previous purchases
• Build relationships with repeat customers and fleet accounts
• Coordinate with installers to ensure smooth project flow
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Work with vendors to verify product availability and lead times
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Keep the showroom organized, clean, and inviting
• Continuously learn about new products and vehicle applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Automotive, truck accessory, off-road, or fleet experience
• Experience using CRM or point-of-sale software
• Experience preparing estimates or quotes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Don't worry if you don't know every truck accessory—we can teach products. We can't teach a great attitude and exceptional customer care.
