Director Continuous Improvement

The Continuous Improvement Director’s focus is on continuous improvement starting from our Assembly Operations to maximize our throughput and minimize cost while developing talent on Problem Solving. The position is responsible for creating and implementing process improvement solutions for manufacturing of our products in the

areas of on-time delivery, quality, safety and cost savings. This includes establishing metrics to achieve continuous improvement throughout the organization. The individual works closely with other departments: Operations, Lean, Manufacturing Engineering, and Industrial Engineering to develop such strategies.
