Role and Responsibilities:

As a Bakery Team Member, you will assist with the preparation and handling of bakery products while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment.

• Follow daily production schedules to prepare essential bakery items for current and upcoming business needs
• Ensure bakery products are prepared efficiently and in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area at all times
• Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to support a positive shopping experience
• Assist with additional bakery-related tasks as assigned by department leadership

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in bakery production or food preparation is preferred
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, operational procedures, and production guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Compensation:

• Hourly pay ranges from $17.87 to $22.00
