Location: San Diego, CA | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $19/hr | Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Parts Receptionist to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the daily operations of our Parts Department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls for the Parts Department.
  • Assist with overflow calls and ensure customer inquiries are handled promptly.
  • Follow up with customers regarding parts orders, arrivals, and status updates.
  • Support the Parts Department with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and dealership staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
