The Role
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Market Expansion (EiR) , you’re not just a manager; you are the entrepreneurial engine driving Carry1st’s expansion in your market. This is an elite, 12-month high-intensity program designed for builders who crave ownership. You will be tasked with scaling Carry1st in your territory.
Join a hand-picked cohort of local leaders, beginning with a rigorous 2-week bootcamp. From there, you will have the autonomy to execute and a clear mandate: drive revenue, capture market share, and build a business from the ground up.
This is a "Entrepreneur-in-Residence" style contract. At the end of the 12 months, top performers will transition into permanent role. This role reports to the co-founder and President of Carry1st.

Own the P&L : Take full accountability for revenue growth and customer acquisition for Carry1st Shop in your country
Execute Growth Strategy: Design and deploy aggressive go-to-market plans, spanning performance marketing, influencer activations, and local community-led growth
Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close deals with local payment providers, telcos, and retail chains to embed Carry1st into the local economy
Benchmark the Competition: Constantly monitor and analyze the local competitive landscape to ensure Carry1st remains the market leader in pricing, user experience, and content
Be the Market Expert: Act as the definitive source of intelligence on local gaming culture, consumer behavior, and regulatory shifts to guide our global product and engineering teams
