Strategically leading the candidate funnel, the full-time remote Lead Recruiter will manage the recruitment process, ensuring qualified candidates are submitted to hiring managers while coordinating with teams and stakeholders to maintain best practices. Key responsibilities Understand hiring requirements to funnel qualified candidates to hiring managers Track submitted candidates and coordinate follow-up to ensure timely results Provide reporting to management to support optimal recruiting efforts Required qualifications 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and resume databases Experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree; degree in human resources or a closely related field is a plus Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of management
