Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team near San Pablo, NM. As an SLP with our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide essential diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals with munication and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities

  • Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-munication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient needs, and functional goals.
  • Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to improve speech articulation, language prehension, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing function.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outes.
  • Collaborate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on munication strategies, therapeutic exercises, and home practice techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to plete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • New Mexico state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan preferred.
  • Knowledge of a variety of assessment and therapeutic techniques relevant to speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
