AT&T Wireless Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate with AT&T, you’ll work in a retail setting where you’ll engage directly with customers, understand their wireless needs, and offer personalized solutions to fit those needs. You will be responsible for promoting AT&T’s products and services, assisting customers with product selection, and helping drive sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their wireless needs.
• Assist customers in selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories that best suit their lifestyle.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting AT&T’s products and services.
• Educate customers on new promotions, features, and service options available with AT&T products.
• Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and AT&T’s latest promotions.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
