Dental hygienist(Primary Care)

We are a perio oriented office and take great care in our clienteles' gum health as well as their teeth alignment and general health.

We allow a full hour to give your patient the care they deserve and you want to give. We are not a clinic.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RDH to join our team.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality preventive dental care and education to our clientele.

Pay: $55 - $65 per hour

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Local Anesthesia Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Software Experience: Open Dental
• Clinical Experience: General Dentistry
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 3+ years of practice

Job Description

You are expected to:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work efficiently in a team environment.

Perform dental cleanings, which may entail: prophys, root planings and scalings

Conduct oral health assessments and complete charting

Take necessary xrays

Educate patients in oral hygiene and preventative care

Assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Follow all necessary infection controls and sterilization protocols deemed by OSHA

Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient care

Shift & Schedule

Work Schedule;

Monday - Wednesday (short week): 7 am - 4 pm

Long Week: M, T: 7 am - 4 pm Wed: 7 am - 1 pm
