Job Title: CNC Operator – Stone Fabrication

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a CNC Operator to handle the production of high-quality stone countertops using advanced CNC machinery and software. This role involves operating bridge saws, saw jets, and CNC machines while ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload full slabs or cut pieces onto CNC and saw tables.
• Utilize different software for slab layouts, cutting, and edge shaping/polishing.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as changing saw blades and dressing CNC tools.
• Follow established production procedures and ensure consistent quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• A desire to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Experience with CAD/CAM software or technical tools (preferred).
• 1+ years of CNC operation or stone fabrication experience.
• Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a plus.
• Military veterans and service members transitioning to civilian careers are strongly encouraged to apply.
