Location: Virginia Beach
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday 4PM-12AM
Friday & Saturday 12AM-8AM
Position Overview: Dunbar Security Solutions is hiring a professional Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure residential environment. Officers will monitor building access, assist residents and visitors, and ensure security procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor lobby and control building access
- Verify visitors and communicate with residents using intercom
- Log deliveries and assist with package handling
- Conduct routine property patrols
- Monitor cameras and building entry points
- Respond to alarms and report suspicious activity
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
Requirements:
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to follow site procedures and instructions
