General Laborer/ (Assisting mechanic, landscaping and cleaning vehicles)

About the Role

ACG is looking for a General Laborer to support our field operations in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and understands the importance of safety, teamwork, and execution. You will play a critical role in keeping our daily operations running efficiently—supporting mechanics, maintaining work areas, and ensuring everything is ready for the next job.

What You Will Do

• Support mechanics with tools, materials, and basic repair assistance
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, and debris removal
• Clean, wash, and maintain company vehicles to professional standards
• Keep job sites, yards, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Transport items between locations as needed
• Execute daily tasks with speed, quality, and attention to detail
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Proactively report safety hazards, equipment issues, or risks

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently

• Basic communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)

Experience

• Entry-level opportunity
• Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus—but not required
