Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that food manufacturing lines are operational and performing preventive maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help maintain the productivity and efficiency of our production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Keep food manufacturing lines running smoothly.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers to fix and adjust equipment.
• Conduct mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical expertise.
• Experience in repair and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

Join a team of 15 maintenance professionals in a facility with over 200 production workers. The role requires steel-toed footwear and starts at 6 a.m. for the first shift. Typical hours are 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours as needed. The position involves working many Saturdays and Sundays during the busy season. You will be part of a family-owned company with a rich history of over 75 years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $81120.00/yr.
