Area Sales Team Lead

Pettito is currently seeking Area Sales Team Lead for our Oklahoma City and Moore locations!

What you’ll do…

Sales leadership

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Improve close rates, financing conversions, and appointment conversions
• Monitor and manage all incoming leads and assign appropriately
• Meet and exceed all sales performance metrics

Team Development

• Conduct side-by-side coaching including role-play sessions
• Conduct 30-day Training Check Ins with new hires
• Interview pre-screened candidates for retail-level positions

Multi-store Operations

• Ensure all company SOPs are followed
• Create effective staffing schedules
• Travel between multiple retail locations

Leadership Communication

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
• Communicate trends, issues, and staffing needs with senior leadership

What we’re looking for…

Our ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a sales environment. They will be adaptable and take initiative including decision making and problem solving.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Sales leadership experience (required)
• History of achieving sales goals (required)
• Ability to travel between assigned locations (required)
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends

Job Type: Full-time position only

Starting Wage: $20/hr plus store bonuses and expense reimbursement when applicable

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
