Come and join the CER Family – Our team is expanding and looking for new team members (full-time and part-time) for our swing shift at our Crisis Stabilization Facility – Ekolu!
You will provide direct care, support, and supervision to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness within a crisis stabilization setting. Swing shift staff play a key role in welcoming and supporting new admissions by processing referrals, completing client intakes, conducting orientation to the facility, and helping individuals transition safely into the program.
You will report to the crisis stabilization facility and work closely with clients and the treatment team to promote a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment. Responsibilities include facilitating health and wellness therapeutic groups, providing therapeutic one-on-one interactions, supporting client safety and stability, responding appropriately to behavioral health crises and emergency situations, and maintaining a structured, welcoming milieu. Staff are also responsible for crisis prevention and de-escalation, maintaining facility cleanliness and organization, documenting client interactions and significant events, communicating relevant information to the treatment team and incoming staff, and supporting clients as they work toward stabilization and recovery.
This position is onsite in Kaneohe. The facility operates 24/7/365. No on-call is required. This facility is an indoor/outdoor therapeutic environment with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground.
**We are Currently Hiring for Swing/Evening Shift**
All Staff are provided a set schedule that does not change week to week!
Swing Shift Hours: 3pm-11pm
Full time: Four or five 8-hour shifts (32-40 hours per week)
Part time: Two 8-hour shifts (16 hours per week)
WE SUPPORT OUR CASE MANAGERS
We are a close-knit agency, and you will have ample support from your supervisors.
Your treatment team includes managers with an open-door policy and licensed professionals who are always available to consult with you at any time.
Additionally, you will have regular team meetings, clinical supervision with your supervisor, and ongoing behavioral health training. We provide ample training on evidence-based practices and community resources. Our approach to treatment is highly team oriented, so you always have the support of your peers and supervisors.
