Job Summary

Provides direct leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Residential Aide team while also delivering direct client care within the Healing Center. This role is responsible for supporting staff performance, ensuring adequate staffing coverage, coordinating daily operations, and fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment.

In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the RA Supervisor provides direct, supportive care to adult clients residing at the Healing Center, a residential treatment program serving Native Americans experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
