Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, facilitate property transactions, and leverage your negotiation and marketing skills to close deals successfully. Responsibilities

- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Stay informed about local real estate laws, industry developments, and market fluctuations to provide accurate advice and maintain competitive edge
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, with strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate market analysis, offer negotiation, and deal closing techniques
- Familiarity with sales technology tools and real estate administrative processes
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building trust and rapport
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients, listings, and administrative duties efficiently
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards in practicing real estate
- Ability to adapt quickly to industry trends and incorporate new sales strategies effectively
