Property Management Accountant
Yurconic Property Management
Location: Allentown, PA (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
Yurconic Property Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Accountant to join our team in Allentown, PA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations while also supporting office management functions across a portfolio of 15+ properties.
The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting skills, the ability to manage administrative operations, and experience (or strong interest) in real estate/property management.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and tenant billing
- Process and oversee payroll for company employees
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Property & Tenant Support
- Coordinate tenant billing, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Assist with lease administration and rent tracking
- Support financial aspects of property operations across 15+ properties
Office Management
- Supervise and coordinate office staff and workflow
- Maintain office systems, procedures, and documentation
- Assist in implementing operational efficiencies and best practices
- Serve as a liaison between management, staff, tenants, and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or property management required
- Real estate or property management background strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
