Property Management Accountant

Yurconic Property Management

Location: Allentown, PA (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Yurconic Property Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Accountant to join our team in Allentown, PA. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations while also supporting office management functions across a portfolio of 15+ properties.

The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting skills, the ability to manage administrative operations, and experience (or strong interest) in real estate/property management.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and tenant billing
  • Process and oversee payroll for company employees
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Property & Tenant Support

  • Coordinate tenant billing, inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Assist with lease administration and rent tracking
  • Support financial aspects of property operations across 15+ properties

Office Management

  • Supervise and coordinate office staff and workflow
  • Maintain office systems, procedures, and documentation
  • Assist in implementing operational efficiencies and best practices
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, tenants, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or property management required
  • Real estate or property management background strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
