Scheduling Coordinator

This is a highly visible role where you'll help create an exceptional candidate experience by keeping interviews organized, schedules on track, and the hiring process moving seamlessly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and being at the center of a fast-paced recruiting team. What You'll Do - Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including panel interviews when needed. - Manage scheduling logistics across phone, video, and onsite interviews while quickly resolving calendar conflicts. - Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to deliver a positive candidate experience. - Support recruiting operations, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, and interview follow-ups. - Maintain accurate candidate information and interview updates in Paycor. What We're Looking For - Previous experience in scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or a similar coordination role. - Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Paycor experience is a plus). - Bachelor’s degree Details - Location: Hybrid – Naperville, IL (1–2 days onsite per week) - Pay: $20–$25/hour (W2) - Duration: 4–6 month contract with potential for extension - LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
