Outside Sales Representative (Roofing) – $100K–$350K+ | Paid Training

Overview

American Quality Roofing & Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our insurance restoration and roofing sales team.

This is a high-income, commission-based sales position focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals in the field.

No experience required—we provide paid training, sales coaching, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Pursue provided leads, prospect and generate leads through door knocking, canvassing, and referrals
• Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
• Perform roof inspections and property assessments
• Educate customers on insurance claims and restoration process
• Negotiate and close sales contracts
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline (CRM management)
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and direct sales

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in outside sales, B2C sales, or direct sales
• Background in roofing, construction, or home services
• Familiarity with CRM software (Roofing Redline, HailTrace, etc.)

Compensation Details

• Uncapped commission structure
• Top performers earn $200K+
• Bonuses based on sales performance and volume
• Opportunities for promotion into leadership roles

Pay: $80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
