JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech‑language pathology services offered by Capitol Home Health.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of a Master’s or Doctorate program in Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP), and is licensed as a speech‑language pathologist by the State of Texas.
Possesses and maintains American Speech‑Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
Minimum of one (1) year’s clinical experience in Speech‑Language Pathology. Experience in a Home Health, preferred.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
Access to reliable transportation.
