The Care Manager is responsible for providing care management and service coordination for residents in a combined assisted living, memory care and enhanced care environment under the direction of the Senior Director of Integrated Care. Ensures accurate, timely, and professional delivery of care and services to all residents, upholds the Inspīr philosophy and values, and is knowledgeable of state regulations related to the provision of services to ALR/EALR/SNALR residents and maintaining regulatory compliance.
